The mission of Goblin Forge is to create welcoming spaces for exploration of identity and the development of tools for personal growth.

Welcoming Spaces

Whether it's our open tables, our Discord community, or 3rd space. Goblin Forge creates spaces meant to welcome all. Each of our spaces upholds our values, using the brave space approach rather than safe space, and we do our best to avoid the Paradox of Tolerance. 

Queer and Disability Stories

All of our shows and resources are intended to lift up and provide platforms for queer voices and disability experiences. We try to practice mindfulness and acceptance of everyone's experiences while developing structures to support the sharing of stories that typically receive less airtime.

Our shows are an opportunity for players to explore themselves through their characters and for the audiences to be able to relate to their experiences. Our spaces are filled with tools to explore the Self and have meaningful dialogues. This means providing a broad range of media and structured play to illicit thoughtful exploration, practice personal and social safety, and create platforms to discuss amongst others.

Developing Tools for Personal Growth

To create a better world, we have to first be able to imagine a world we would like to live in, and then equip ourselves with the tools to accomplish those goals.
