Goblin Forge Values

Goblin Forge works very hard to reflect this core set of values into everything that we do. We firmly believe these tenants to be true and expect everyone on our team to uphold them paramount to anything we create. These values are also the priority criteria we use to vet collaborators, guests, and cast members. While we cannot predict or control all the actions of people we affiliate with, it is a firm promise that violations of these values will be taken seriously.

all people should be treated with respect and dignity.

Every Person's Experience is Valid.

in order to maintain a tolerant society, we must be intolerant of intolerance.

it is a person's right to make personal life decisions and maintain autonomy over their own body. 

No Human is Illegal. the united states has directly and indirectly destabilized global populations, while continually committing human rights violations by denying asylum and due process.

Gender Identity and sexual orientation are aspects of individual self and cannot be refuted by others or by the government.

Black Lives Matter. systemic and intentional violence is committed against black lives by the government of the united states. it is the responsibility of all citizens to hold our government and each other accountable to tear down the systems of white supremacy.

People and Planet should be Valued Over Profit. Water is life. Climate change is real and disproportionately impacts the global poor. capitalism rewards behavior harmful to both people and planet. It is our responsibility to restructure our society so that it can improve the lives of all people and those that come after.
